The client, a portfolio landlord, was in the process of restructuring her portfolio and sought to replenish the money used to refurbish the property prior to selling it. She was looking to use the sale proceeds to renovate additional properties in her portfolio.

However, the client found another property which she wanted to acquire, so we needed to mobilise the source of funds quickly.

In order for the client to complete the sale swiftly, we structured a 12 month bridging loan with a rolled-up interest at 0.83% per month, so that our client can continue to expand her portfolio.
